Re: question 2 (when/what to eat in relation to working out)

Just wanted to mention I’ve found success using a variation of the lean gains protocol. I train fasted in the early AM and then eat 50% of my macros around 1pm and the other 50% around 7pm. I’ve found it to work well on a cut, while still being able to maintain my lifts (sometimes progressing, sometimes not — depending on how severe my cut is).
