Good information here. I would like to call out that in this day and age when “empathy” is a hot key word, the designer needs to be an advocate for the user and think about real empathy with accessibility. Your creations should be available for everyone to enjoy as much as possible. So what’s the point of designing something amazing if only a small portion of the public have access to it? It’s like building an amazing museum that’s only accessible to people with legs.
