I met John at Cornell University where we did theatre together. As all have said, he was sweet, kind, funny and smart. He directing 3 graduate actors in Genet's "The Maids" including Bill Sadler and myself. He did a sharp job with it. We drove across the country together after school, I to Utah Shakespeare and John to stage manage his sister's Las Vegas act. Knowing him was a total pleasure. We lost a jewel too soon.
