Hi Youssef! The Self-Driving Car Nanodegree will follow the pattern of other Udacity Nanodegrees. The Nanodegree will require payment to participate, but a lot of the instructional content will be available for free.
The reason students like to pay to participate in the actual Nanodegree is that we offer terrific projects, support services, feedback, and career assistance.
