Transferring the perception stack will probably involve some work, because cars and scooters in India might be in places where you wouldn’t expect them to be in the US. But that’s probably not too hard.

And the control module is probably the same as in the US.

The hard part will be path planning and decision making. For one thing, do you clone the behavior of other drivers on the road in India, or do you follow the traffic laws rigorously, even if nobody else in India does this?

It’s partly a philosophical question, even as it is a difficult engineering question.
