What a food travel vlogger can teach you about unconscious bias

I’ve given up my TV habit and firmly replaced it with a YouTube habit. Lately, I’ve been watching Mark Wiens, a food vlogger who travels the world eating all sorts of hyper local food. Mark is based in Thailand and tends to do a lot of local travel around the region. I just finished watching an episode where he ordered mee krob at a local restaurant in Thailand and finally realized what the dish was, at least a decade after I’d first heard about it.
