My question suggests that trust needs to be nurtured at all the times to ensure that people can be and do their best. This is the part that is not explicit or intentional enough, especially in work places. In fact, it’s rare.
So much so that it its a major barrier for the other demands that management impose on workers, as borrowed from workplaces they aspire to be, like the need to be innovative, which in itself, is a fallacy, because trust, care and other elements that create connections to do not exist to begin with.
Too harsh? Perhaps.
