Portrait of a landscape

The heather is out at Ramshaw Rocks. I went there on a couple of evenings hoping for some good light.

I tried to restict myself to photographs in portrait orientation. Counter-intuitively, this often works well for landscape photographs. These are cropped to a 10 x 8 aspect ratio.
