Interviewing Vtubers: BlazetteMidnight Pt. 1

I got the chance to talk to BlazetteMidnight, a Black Vtuber and member of Brown Girl Gamer Code and a part of the Melanin Mafia’s Blackout Vtuber Group. We talked about her wanting to make sure her Black hair is given justice in a space where it's not common, content creation, being on multiple platforms, and what fiction & nonfiction characteristics make up the character.

BlazetteMidnight plays a variety of games when you catch her streaming. She plays calm games like Honkai: Star Rail, Spiritfarer, Genshin Impact, and visual novels. But when she’s in a “grindy” mood, Blazette will play Hades, Hollow Knight, and other fast-paced games. (i.e. platforming and action-adventure games)
