Usually in Vietnam culture, it’s very sounds common in the interview, interviewee is always in the lower position, only have resposibility to answer employers’ question without a doubt back.

I think the problem is about you who decides to not asking, not about they who don’t answer if you ask. For now in Vietnam, companies are hunger for talents. That makes they will be open to you about everything, except some confidential information. Even if they choose to not answering you, then the answer is they are not worth you a try.
