Not trying to be pedantic here but I am scratching my head regarding what a “safe space for minorities” in a highly competitive workplace even looks like? What does that even mean?

Also, the American obsession with authenticity as some sort of nirvana is laughable.

In general, not behaving like a dick, trying to remain human, please/thankyou, etc. is sufficient.
