Yes, i believe with these sayings. It’s part of life and we don’t need to hide. But we cannot stay forever in that dark side. We need to fight for us to see the great things and happiness in life.
You may hurt now. Just feel and embrace this for mintime until you realize that you do not deserve to be that way. There’s more to life. Acceptance is the key for us to keep forward.
Go out with your friends, family, colleagues, classmates. Meet new people, experience new things, see new places even if you feel empty.
You can do it! God knows that. Keep fighting the good battle.
