Ultimately, I’ve learnt that the worst moments in our life make us who we are. As Andrew Solomon highlighted “we should forge meaning from our greatest struggles.” At the same time, we don’t have to let our past dictate our future.
Know that your greatest weakness can be your greatest strength, you just have to discover it. It is a unique learning for every single person — and you are worth the time, energy and investment to find it. As part of humanity, you count, and making your life count is even more important than being happy.
