I didnt know of how important finding a mentor is until I started working. I have started two websites for services, but I never pushed them well and hard enough to succeed. Until I started working as an executive assistant to my MD, I realized that I didnt succeed because I had no experience on managing anything. Here i’m learning negotiation, People management, operating an office and lots of other things on personal development and self mastery.
This is good for me.
I think wannabe entrepreneurs should find work, focus on developing themselves on the job and then, more on developing themselves.
Theres lots to be learnt on starting, and then managing a business.
