Great piece Benjamin. Thanks!

I’ve have had lower back arthritis for years, and after finally learning the exercises that strengthen what I needed (to allow the blood flow)…I no longer worry about it. Before I met my current caregiver, who has a similar history of arthritis, I was paralyzed with fear, knowing that pain was just around the corner w/o warning. She encouraged me and said that w/faith in my body I’d soon no longer think of it. Her phrase “the memory of the pain” was keeping me hostage.

Pinched nerves, etc are all gone. I’m still stiff in the mornings and sometimes grumble, but I’m a thousand times better off than I was just a few years ago. I believe your article and also urge any in doubt to give it a fair shot. My recovery wasn’t overnight - but a far sight quicker (and safer) than surgery would have been.
