Day 3: Super-Satisfying
OMG, this is super-satisfying.
One of the things that makes it really effective is that I do most of this stuff first thing in the morning.
Get up at 3:45 am and make / drink bulletproof coffee
Sit down to meditate at 4 am
Get changed and run to the gym at 5 am
Shower at 6:30 am
Start writing morning pages at 7 am
They flow naturally back-to-back, with no need to make any decisions.
