I watched his Texas BBA video, wherein Tillerson discusses his rise through Exxon from being hired as a production engineer through his current status as the top guy. He discusses some of the harder moments in his career and gives advice to the students watching on how to succeed in business. In strict opposition to the methods of Donald “Art of the Deal” Trump, he comes across as knowledgable, understanding, and without a hint of condescension. Hell, he actually kind of reminds me of my stepfather.

Better Businesses of America does cut through a lot. [Like Rotary and its Inner Wheel and other business/service/professional organisations]. Might be good to watch the “Harder Moments” video.
