Let me explain!

We as a human have limited time in our lives, our life span is hardly over 70–80 years; in first 20 years we are quite incapable of surviving on our own, in the next 20 years we are bombarded with career expectations and responsibilities from family.

We hardly manage to take some time for our own; some peaceful time where we can just sit and relax. So how can we even get time to chase our dreams and goals apart from our career and responsibilities.

By simply being ahead of time; being ahead means doing all those works which life is throwing at us before the deadline. When you make habit of doing things before their deadline, you advance to the next level of life prior to the expected time. That is the state where all the peace and happiness lies.

When you are ahead of time you can take breaks, do something you enjoy, prepare in advance for the upcoming tasks and responsibilities and even enjoy the luxury of getting things done prior to the expected date.

Imagine a scenario of an exam where you have completed your answer sheet before the time and now you just simply relax. You can re-check your answer, you can put margins on it. You can watch birds out of the windows you can simply be the one who can sit peacefully in stressful environment like an exam hall.

Nobody of us wants to be stressful and be anxious but its a fact that even if we try hard we cannot deny our responsibilities, the best way to deal with responsibility and to avoid associated stress is to simply complete it prior to expected time.

Here are some more benefits of getting things done before the dead-line:

  1. Its fun to be ahead of your time
  2. It will provide you time to re-check, re-view and reflect on what you’ve done
  3. You’ll avoid dead-line’s rush
  4. You’ll advance to the next level
  5. You’ll be more motivated than others and your self-confidence will be at next level

Dead-lines create life or death situation in our mind, we start getting panic, we rush, we reduce our efficiency, we tend to forget things when we rush and ultimately we end up being exhausted and de-motivated.

“Someday” is a disease that will take your dreams to the grave with you.”

If we want to have better performance and to achieve more in less time; we need to develop a habit of getting things done before the deadlines.
