I believe this article is really missing an introductory paragraph at the top — a declaration of the following kind, which most other decent articles that criticize have included.
“The reader should be aware that this article is based on my own subjective experience. It might as well be that the following points are not flaws of Scrum itself but merely results of my incorrect understanding of Scrum and the fact that I’ve been doing Scrum wrong my whole professional career.”
Of course most readers will realize this themselves when reading such an article with a bunch of statements with no proof or evidence to support them.
Still being a little humble and stating that explicitly can‘t hurt, right?
