I am sorry this happened to you. I am sorry you carry this. Our fears and panic attacks are mostly neuroligic and not cognitive. It is the primal part of our brains that are protecting us from danger, in your case the sheer sight of a shamrock or certain streets in Hollywood are imprinted on you and and can trigger it. If you haven’t heard of or looked into it, there is something called EMDR therapy that can help you. It worked wonders for my PTSD.
