It is fascinating for me to read about Brexit as an American because it seems as if there are actually multiple perspectives that could lead to one of the possible conclusions, Remain or Leave.

Americaan politics generally doesnt go like this. It is depressingly binary and easy to predict the winners and losers in every political choice. Generally it is also pretty easy to tell which group of rich Ubermenschen will win in a choice, and which will just win less (because the wealthy in America never actually lose, they break even).

It still isnt clear to me who wins here. I am surprised they even let it go for a democratic vote, our leaders would never allow that to happen unless the end result was inconsequential to their bottom line. So perhaps Brexit doesnt actually matter?
