Mine DU$TDAO Tokens by Staking NFT’s on WAXdao.io
Players of the text-based adventure game on Telegram — Nifty Wizards and collectors of DUST enhancer NFT’s will have the opportunity to passively mine the new DU$TDAO governance token starting on August 14th 2023. Nifty Wizards NFT’s can be staked HERE and DUST NFT’s can be staked HERE.
Warning — Staking NFT’s on WAXdao means that the items will be leaving your wallet and will be moved to the staking wallet which is controlled by WAXdao. There are risks associated with this type of activity and users should do their own research prior to taking part. Nifty Wizards and DU$T shall have no liability should something happen to user NFT’s once in the control of the WAXdao staking contract.
Nifty Wizards and DU$T will be rotating the NFT’s that can be staked every 30 days. This will give all users the best opportunity to utilize their owned NFT’s to mine the new DU$TDAO token.
To stake NFT’s on WAXdao, simply visit one of the two pages above to get started. The first thing you’ll need to do is to log into your WAX wallet.
Next, scroll down to the “Actions” section and click on “Stake”. All eligible NFT’s will be displayed and the mining rate for each will be shown below the name of the NFT. The mining rates are based on the rarity of the NFT.
Shortly after staking goes live each month the team will analyze the quantity of each NFT staked. If there are less NFT’s staked than expected, the mining rate will be adjusted up to reward those that choose to stake.
Choose the items you would like to stake. To save time, there is a “Select All” button (if that is what you want to do). Once you have chosen the NFT’s you would like to stake, click on “Stake xx NFTs” at the bottom left.
Approve the interaction.
Approve the sending of your NFT’s to WAXdao’s wallet (waxdaofarmer).
Your NFT’s will remain locked in the staking wallet for 30 days after you send them. If you try to unstake them prior to the 30 day period, an error message will be displayed.
Staked NFT’s will remain locked in the WAXdao staking wallet for 30 days and can not be removed early. Be sure you won’t need or want to sell/transfer these NFT’s for at least 30 days prior to staking them.
