Self Discipline

  • Self-discipline is one of the hardest challenges in our life. Imagine we are always fighting ourselves. But, it is beneficial to our life.
  • -Learn to overcome weaknesses. Remember that bad temptations can bring you into deep trouble.
  • -Too much pride, stubbornness, bad habits, anger, fear and mental torture are self-destructive. They also affect others.
  • -Envy and greed are the common causes of our failures and troubles.
  • -Don`t hurt others. No matter how weak, how small, or how poor they are, they can always find ways to hurt us back.
  • To do good is difficult. To do bad is so easy. But, always do good. It really pays.
  • Whatever we do or say, should come from a clear conscience. Avoid talking nonsense.
  • Lazy men cannot find tasks to do, but workaholics cannot find time to rest.
  • Don`t focus on others weaknesses, nobody is perfect. Admire the achievements of others. With determination you can even do better.
  • If you do not learn to swallow your pride, sometimes even small matters can spark into big troubles.
  • It is very important to remember the past mistakes and do things right today for a better tomorrow.
  • Be patient and you can solve problems effectively. If you rush, you create errors and cause disaster instead.
  • Why do vices drive people crazy? Because they provide instant excitement and enjoyment.
  • Many people believes that they are smart. However they are actually dumb, willingly indulge in vices, knowing that many lives are ruined through vices.
  • Never, ever try prohibited drugs even if they are given for free, so you will not become a drug victim. Don`t earn quick money as a drug pusher, either way you end up dead.
  • There is no real happiness for a person who commits crime. He loses his freedom and ruins his future. Once caught, he becomes miserable. The worst for him is to face death. Regret often comes too late.
  • It is useless to seek other people`s help, unless you are determined to help yourself.
  • Don`t spoil your loved ones. Someday they will ask for something that you cannot give, they will get hurt and feel you don`t love them anymore.
  • Good health is more important than wealth.Yet, many of us abuse our health. Regretfully, we suffer. To recover our health, some of us lose wealth, others even their lives.
  • Proper exercises, balanced diet, sufficient rest, prevent mental stress. Physical fitness should play an important role in our quest to staying healthy.
  • No one knows our feelings and physical conditions of our body more than we do. Don`t force our bodies to perform beyond their limits, eventually we ourselves suffer.
  • There is always a proper time for everything. Know your own capacity. Do only what is necessary.
  • Our life span is decreasing daily. Man destroys what life needs: air, food, water, drugs. They are poisoned by toxic chemicals & gases, nuclear wastes, broken ozone layer, denuded forest and polluted seas.
