Which Productivity App Is Right For You In 2024?
Here’s a summary of all the apps I’ve used so far this year.
Introduction
I’m still struggling to settle on one app to fulfil my productivity and note-taking needs.
I started 2024 with the intention of using one PKM app. It didn’t last long before my brain was pulled in many different directions and my notes became awfully fragmented across several apps. Nightmare.
So here’s a list of PKM apps I’ve used in the first quarter of 2024, along with pros, cons and an enjoyment factor out of 10. This could help you as much as it will help me.

Pros
- Flexible. It can be used for all kinds of purposes.
- Easy to write daily notes
- The community headed up by the app’s founders is awesome.
