It’s quite hard to believe you don’t have any moles sitting around. Kidding aside, based from my experience in various client-vendor projects I think you’re spot-on. It’ll be interesting to follow the law suit.
I don’t think the consideration stems from the scrum guide. It stems from the observation that the work that was typically assigned to PM has been transferred to PO (?)
Hmmm, this I feel is highly dangerous, since Project Management has been to some extent a management/leadership role. Without clear facilitation this might be a huge impediment on scrum teams.
