Scheduling a series of sprints with a client who is pushing for a two day sprint because they feel that they know the problem very well. In some regards there is similarity to the NYT situation as they know the product well and the challenge is marketing and communications. We also did a foundational sprint ahead of these, but that said two days feels like quite a challenge.
