Thank you for this. I think your analysis is spot on about the election. There’s still a reason to worry though, and that is Trump’s increasingly frequent allusions to the election being “rigged.” If he loses, it seems quite likely that he’ll bang that drum loud and long, just as he did with the Obama birth certificate thing. And he will have tens of millions of supporters behind him. If he won’t concede, and he contests the election, that could snarl things up for a long time in a variety of ways.
