As a former start inspector I've been all over Russia, anywhere they have strategic missile bases. When I was working in Moscow I made it a point to travel as much as possible.

It always seems strange to me that during one inspection we had some extra time and the Russian diplomats offered us a cultural tour of the city. I suggested that we go to VDNX (ВДНХ) and none of the 7 Russians, all residents of Moscow, had ever been there. Even i had been there multiple times and I only lived there for less than half a year.
