A Russian intelligence officer has signed an affidavit to the International Criminal Court and is flying there to testify against the Russian dictator. The founder of http://Gulagu.net, Volodymyr Osyechkin, is urgently flying to The Hague (Netherlands) to accompany him to testify as a participant in the events of the invasion of the Russian army and special services into the territory of Ukraine. This witness left Russia and is hiding in Europe. He decided to hand himself over to justice. The former intelligence officer will testify about Putin’s illegal orders, falsification of referendums in the LDNR, sabotage and terrorist attacks by the Russian special services, and much more.

Volodymyr Osyechkin

Gulagu.net is a project against corruption and torture in Russia, which unites more than 19 thousand independent human rights defenders, volunteers and participants. The founder, Vladimir Osechkin (sometimes uses the Ukrainian spelling Volodymyr), was born in Samara, Russia, and in 2021 leaked a large archive of documentation exposing the rape and torture of inmates at Russian prisons.

In 2022, Osechkin assisted the Russian paratrooper veteran Pavel Filatyev to flee Russia and eventually get to France. Filatyev wrote a ‘memoir’ of the initial invasion called “ZOV 56” which can be found online. (in English) Filatyev exposed the reality of the Russian attack from day one.
