In St. Louis, we had polling stations run out of ballots, the elections website malfunctioned, city departments were tweeting support for Clinton (then deleting it), and of course Bernie’s name was buried on the ballot by third party candidates. The Missouri Democratic Party is the oldest political party west of the Mississippi, and they act like it.
