Marquesa Finch and Yi Qiang were particularly in implementing our device in their company’s gyms.
The team met with the VP of Sales of Barry’s Bootcamp, a wildly popular fitness studio with a global presence. Barry’s Bootcamp combines weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. A Barry’s workout burns, on average, 1000 calories (source).
The company was fascinated by DYNOSTICS and agreed to roll-out the device in all of its studios in the United States.
We went to Portland to participate at TechFest NorthWest. An offshoot of SXSW, that focuses on Food Tech, Health Tech, Inclusivity in Tech Culture & Smart Cities/Smart Transit.
Out of 300 attendants, we were amongst the very few selected to pitch our company.
We were then invited at the Office of the Governor of Oregon, by the State’s Business Development Manager, to discuss setting up our U.S.A operations in the Greater Portland Area.
Finally, we inked a deal with a global, Oregon-based, athletics brand. More details on that partnership will be available in the coming weeks.
We finished off our trip by delivering the DYNOSTICS device to our partner, the University of Western States.
Overall, the trip was extremely successful and resulted in numerous high-profile partnerships with leading brands. Everyone we met was impressed by our device and extremely excited about our foray into blockchain.
We’re excited to share more details with the DYNO community soon!
