No doubt there have been problems for many out there, but where I think many of those have failed, we’ve tried to account for. First off, the editing of those records is not going to be fully-controlled by the patient. They are still our records. As for doctor shopping, this is still within our workflow. And as for Pharma shopping, we don’t touch that in an EAP — so luckily that’s not an issue here.
No question that we’re embarking on territory that has been problematic in the past, which is why we’re looking to partner with our clients to create solutions to those problems. Thanks for the comment!
