Simple Choco Banana Overnight Oat Recipe For Breakfast
After euphoria of Ied Al Fitr end, I try to back on track to get rid these belly fat of all cholesterol foods during the celebration.
To prevent any excuses of laziness, I choose to have my healthy breakfast with this simple Overnight Oat.
It’s incredebly easy to prepare! Even if you don’t have a jar, you can prepare your Overnight Oat in your daily drinking glass.
This is the recipe of mine:
- Rolled Oat (Old Fashioned Oat)
- Flax Seed
- Greek Plain Yogurt
- Pure Cocoa Powder
- Unsweetened Soy Milk
Put the rolled out at the bottom of the jar, pour it half a jar. Add pinch of flax seed as you wish. Put 2 tablespoon greek yogurt. Slices of banana with pour of pure cocoa powder. Finish by filling the jar with soy milk untill full.
Then just put on your refrigerator the night before your expected healthy breakfast went to happen!
I prefer to stir the Overnight Oat just before when I want to enjoy it. But sometimes people stir it before they put it in refrigerator. Also if you like, you can add honey to your Overnight Oat. For me the sweet from the fruit is enough. So it depend on your taste.
