The Thing About Selling Cars

I’m Eran, a college dropout, turned e-commerce entrepreneur, and now, turned BMW sales representative. I’ve had the fortune of misfortune in my life. Incredible, challenging experiences that have enlightened and changed me. A few months ago, I decided to take on a second role. Something new, challenging and exciting. Thanks to an old friend, I landed myself at BMW Canbec, selling some of the best cars in the world.

Just to be clear. I’m a businessman at heart, I had no experience selling cars before and I was jumping into a whole new experience without a parachute but boy, am I glad I did.

Just like my e-commerce businesses, when I was scraping my way to the top from nothing, I realized quickly that creating value beyond the product was the only way to sell something, especially when it is as premium as a BMW. So I began with the familiar, branding myself and taking advantage of the incredible product I get to sell. I then expanded into the customer experience, personalizing every delivery, every gift, every experience and I learned something. This is an excellent job. Being able to solve problems and find solutions for my clients is rewarding and with every new problem, comes a new challenge and in the end, that is exactly why I’m here.

Admittedly, I enjoy finding new ways to quash challenging problems but it doesn’t change the fact that my clients are the ones who benefit.

So to other new car salesman, working hard and honing a new craft, I say serve your clients with passion. Passion to solve their issues, passion to get them into the car they crave, passion to make good, fair deals.

To those looking for a new and exciting car. Let’s figure it out together and I’ll keep working at it until you leave absolutely satisfied with regret far in your rear view.
