The On A Budget Weight Loss Journey continues as adjustments are made and I learn what works for my specific body. I kept losing weight and then gaining it back which made me feel like I was starting all over again.
I still stick with portion size being key to losing weight but I think it can be too easy to cheat or fall off…

Week 1 complete! I didn’t weigh in until after my kickboxing class this morning but I had not eaten breakfast yet. By the way, I highly recommend you eat first, even if it is just a banana on your way out the door. 😜
