This is probably true — we can all come up with examples for it. However, what’s a better way to determine what is good for a society? Should every thing be put to a vote? Would a democratic vote necessarily get us to what is best for us?

The answer to that is something that I’ve thought a lot about, without much concrete progress. Would love to hear what you think!
