As an enlisted cadet in Reserve Officer Training Corps at the U of M I find my self wondering what obstacles will face me as an Officer in the military. After I graduate I know that I will be put into a unit where I will be in charge of many people. This article addresses how I can overcome my fear of leading people the wrong way in the Army.
