Do Not Neglect What Matters Most

Why are you motivated to earn? What motivated yo to embark on this quest to achieve your dream?

My main motivation is my spouse. I want to create a lifestyle of traveling , good meals , fun and healthy saving. The vision of this lifestyle is firmly retained during my work and investment plans. In the midst of work and earning my goals have never floundered . My earning motive is to spend more time with my spouse. Longer work hours contradicts with my motive. There can not be an extension of work hours as this will lead to me neglecting what matters most. My work hours may be more productive ! That is an option. Time management and smart working is capable of generating more income with out the need to neglect spending my time with my spouse.

I have increased my expertise in the areas of my business which allows my to create more value. Time consuming tasks are delegated other qualified members of my team. Expert micro-workers are employed for small important tasks which are not within my skill-sets. It is not the smartest decision trying to save money by doing everything by yourself. More is gained from delegation, proper time management and smart working. Value creation is always the order of the day. Clients are treated like royalty with superior communication and customer service. The life time value of a happy customer should not be underestimated. In all situations my clients needs are satisfied. The value my business services is more that the dollar value paid by clients. These principles builds the path to achieving my goals of business and family life.

There has to be a balance in life. You should not neglect what matters most in any aspect of your life. Neglect in one area may easily lead to imbalance in your life. Your motivation to earn is to enjoy a better lifestyle. Do not make your lifestyle become that of solely work. Ensure there is a time for fun and that there is money being saved and earned on a clock work. Superior value should always be placed in your work.
