A Bitter Letter to Jesus Christ
O Lord, you who died at the cross for us filthy, sinful and exiled children of Eve. Jesus Christ, everloving Son of God, accept us as your lambs, your servants, your wishful Slaves. We repent, we dare not challenge Your will.
Rid our hearts from sin, fill them with guilt instead, for we challenged God. We challenged Him, and the Lord has punished our arrogance, our curiosity, our will to live. He has set us down and teared us apart with loving thunder.
Halleluyah!

O Jesus Christ, prevent us from seeking love where Thou are not. Forbid us to choose our own path, for you are the way, the truth and the life. You are our severed wings of freedom. No one comes to the Father except through You. You, who brings us love through pain and suffering, redeem us from happiness.
Halleluyah!
Master, teach us how to love, for we have grown weary and have forgotten, and are too scared of the man at the door. Bring us joy where we fail to live. Fill our hearts with fear of wrath, and of doom, and of fire and damnation. Your love sets us free from the chains You have bestowed upon us.
Amen.
