Maybe it’s the potatoes
The fluffy, yummy goodness
Of my favorite starchy carb

Maybe it’s the deep fry
That makes it hot and golden
With a perfect, crispy crunch

Maybe it’s the company
Happy people gathered around
Laughing, talking, connecting

I don’t know what it is
But there’s nothing better
Than a big basket of
Salty French Fries
Shared among friends
