People talk about self-love all the time, and people ask me -what does it really mean. It took me a long time to fully understand it. Because for me, self love it not just about theory but must be felt by yourself.

so what is true self love?

True love in an unconditional feeling of love, appreciation and acceptance for yourself. What does unconditional mean? That no matter what you do, you always love yourself.

Simple things of self-love. When we accept ourselves without blaming ourselves for what we might not be able to do.

Don’t forget to respect yourself for what you’ve done, even if it’s a small thing and you don’t think it means anything, but believe me, it’s the little things that will give you big things in the future.

Self-love does not mean to be selfish or to justify ourselves for the mistakes we have done. But self-love means knowing what is wrong with us and trying to fix it in a better way.

We can’t expect other people to fix ourselves.

Take a moment to take a deep breath, breathing in deeply and reminding yourself that you are loved.

There are moments in life that change us forever. We don’t know them as they happen or even that they’ve changed us until often much later.

Sometimes, I look around the world now and I think we’re going through one now. The world is changing. That…

It was as if I’d suffered an exposure to a toxic agent that takes two months to kill you, but nobody knew. So, I went about my life as we are expected, but the pain became unbearable.

I remember when this happened, Brother. I'm so sorry you experienced it and feel for this poor child and the ones who loved her. As the father of two daughters, it still hits hard for me as well. Great message in this one, I'm sure it wasn't easy to write.
