The Daily Life of a Procrastinator:

•Get an assignment

•Keep assignment hidden in the depth of other work

•Let the due date be your death date

•Look at the assignment from a distance as you pet your dog (or cat I’m not biased)

•Lay in bed and contemplate life late at night

•Ask everyone in that class if they have done the assignment to try to make yourself feel better

•Realize that that plan was a failure

• Count down the days that the assignment is due

•Put reminders on your phone

•Ignore reminders

•Wish you had superpowers to stop time

•The day before the assignment is due is the day for an all nighter

•Down more cups of coffee than you think possible

•WIFI buffers

•Talk to your computer of your troubles and how much you need it

•Stop and give yourself a pep talk to try to regain your sanity (1 PM)

•Printer jams (3 PM)

•The glue stick you just bought is dry (3:35 PM)

•Call everyone in your contacts from that class (5 PM)

•No one answers

•Deep breaths (8:30 PM)

•Drink more coffee (9 PM)

•Look at animal videos on YouTube

•Like everything on Instagram

•Realize what time it is (12 AM)

•Finish everything earlier than you expected (4 AM)

•Come in to class with the clothes from yesterday and bags under your eyes

•There was an extension…

•Decide to never do work again

•And repeat
