Awesome article. I thought it was gonna be another “get yourself together to do these 10 things that are impossible to do with your state of mind (:” ones, but I loved that you gave some practical and grounded advice. I especially liked the note at the end about how people need to find what works for them. I personally have been “blessed” with the mental illness cocktail and struggle with eating. Ive recovered from binge eating but still have tendencies to overindulge during the bad times. I hope to use some of these nutritional tips soon to help me get over the low.
