I love those heart-shaped choco sprinkles
on my cappuccino
I didn’t make them, I love who actually made them
and I can’t make them
I tried, oh yes, but the thing I am only good at
is finishing this cup of cappuccino
with a clump of choco sprinkles
that wants to sink and melt already

If I am wine, expect me to be the white one
If I am tea, I am not the strong one
If I am coffee, I am decaf
If I am water, I am iced tap water
So you mixed me and stirred me
Grabbed a glass and poured me
You want a drink, I’m mistaken
Even a sip, just a little sip
