Photoshop and the Controversy Surrounding Editing

Glamour pictures are meant to show the model at their best. Professional models and other people expect photographers to highlight their best traits in a glamour picture.

When preparing for a glamour photo shoot, both men and women dress their best and take other measures to ensure that the final image shows them at their best.

However, in some cases, the work of making the subject or model look glamorous continues long after the final photos have been taken. This is where photo editing software such as Photoshop comes in.

Some people don’t agree with this. They want to show themselves as they look normally when they share pictures with friends, family or even strangers.
