Three Words for My Younger Self: Own Less Stuff

Yes! I didn’t even realize how much stuff I had in my 20s. So much that was given to me when I moved out of my parents house and I just assumed that was normal! I wish I had seen an alternative perspective sooner — it would have saved years of stress from moving and caring for all those things that I never really even wanted but assumed I needed as part of a household. I guess there is a note in this to my future self as a parent too — don’t burden the kids with too much when they leave! It is a gift to given them less!
