If you want to rent from Sept when school year starts, you can still visit but you will have less priority.

The room is around 14m2 in a 3-pieces appartment.
(There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, 1 shared kitchen in the appartment). There is a bed and a big wardrobe in your room, but no table and chair. The rented room is for only one person, no-smoking, no animal. There is internet wifi.

We will share a kitchen (there is electric cooker, refrigerator, dish washer).
There is a shared laundry room in the building.

The address is 87 Route Neuve 1024 Ecublens. For EPFL student, You can ride bicycle to school but you have to climb up the hill. Some previous colocation walk to school on summer. The bus station is in front of the building and connect to train station and super market.

It’s possible to rent a parking place. It will cost 40 CHF. I’m still looking for sub rent it. You can choose not to rent it, it’s not a problem.

It’s not a problem if you want to rent it in a short time. However, the annoucement must be 1 month before terminating the contract and the annoucement is at the beginning of the month. I would prefer if you know your exact rent duration.

The price is 700 CHF. It includes all charges for internet, water and electricity. Thus, the guarantee is one month 700CHF. It will be paid when you confirm to rent and the payment for first month is paid when you start to rent the room.

For me, I’m Hai. I’m Vietnamese. I’m working as Software Eng. I don’t smoke. I speak Engish and very little French and I’m friendly. I have been colocation from the time I was student in EPFL until now :)
