2. The Ultimate Green Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

1 leaves Kale (stem removed, about 1 cup) 1/2 avocado(s) Avocado 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries 1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root 1 tbsp Coconut oil 1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled 1 tbsp Chia seeds 1 tbsp Goji berries 1 tsp Spirulina powder 1 tsp Maca powder 1 tsp Honey, raw 1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla 1 tbsp Kefir 1 1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut) 0.00 Ice cubes (optional, as needed)

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients

1 cup Spinach

1 leaves Kale (large)

4 strawberry Frozen strawberry

1/2 large Pear (skin on)

1 cup slices Apple (cored, skin on)

1/2 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

3/4 cup Water (filtered)

7 cube(s) Ice cubes
