Yes! We did all of the above. We had quantitative data logged and pulled from our existing website to set a baseline and understand current trends and usage. We looked into customer complaints internally and externally. We conducted usability testing in-house and remotely with prototypes throughout our design process. And we launched the redesign to controlled subsets of real-users after implementation to get quantitative data on its impact on revenue and key metrics before rolling it out more widely.
