“Still Here” — Photographs from Puerto Rico

Last week, I joined a mission to deliver medical supplies to elderly homes in Puerto Rico that were damaged by Hurricane Irma. The residents were living in awful conditions and some needed urgent medical care.

It was heartbreaking. I took their photographs because they’re still here. I want to tell their story and perhaps instigate some change.

A special thanks to the UJA Federation and Afya for organizing this mission.
